Babul Islam Thatta Chamber of Commerce and Industry Babul Islam Thatta is a unique business district due to being the largest coastal area of Sindh and the third largest port in the country between Kati Bandar and Port Qasim and Kati Bandar and the only coastal highway and coastal area. Thatta is the only district of Sindh which is included in CPEC main. Being connected to Karachi, business is very developed here. The largest wind corridor in the country with 1945 megawatts of electricity being generated, Thatta is unparalleled in agriculture, livestock, fisheries as we produce 300 million tonnes of chicken meat and 350 million eggs annually, the largest pond of fresh water fish. There are 180 million tons of fresh water fish annually in Thatta district, where 180 million tons of fresh water fish are supplied to the whole country. There is a Chilia fish point for the fishery for the breeding of fresh water fish. 800 tons of fresh milk is supplied from Thatta monthly in the local area through enclosures. 250 metric tons of green grass is supplied daily in the form of green grass to the buffalo colony in Karachi and other enclosures. They buy animals from and export their meat and these animals are bred and developed and animals are bought from other areas and grown here and provided to these companies.
